This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to hotel, hostel, resort, guesthouse, and Airbnb operators subscribing to the TravDigi Hotel Portal. The TravDigi Traveler App is completely free for all travelers worldwide forever and is not subject to any subscription, refund, or cancellation terms.

The 3-month free period gives your property full access to all TravDigi features — QR check-in, walk-in check-in, compliance PDF reports, role-based staff management, guest history, and basic PMS — before any payment is required.

Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after activation. Please use the 3-month free trial to fully evaluate TravDigi before subscribing.
Our no-refund policy exists because:
- Every hotel receives 3 months free — sufficient time to fully evaluate before any payment
- Annual amounts are nominal — processing refunds costs more than the refund value in many cases
- Upon activation — your guest history and compliance records are immediately accessible and in use
- This is standard practice for annual SaaS subscriptions globally
Only Exception — Platform Unavailability: If TravDigi is completely unavailable for more than 7 consecutive days due to a technical failure on our part — a pro-rata credit will be applied to your next renewal. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash refunds.
You may cancel your hotel subscription at any time by contacting hello@travdigi.com or through your hotel portal settings.
- Upon cancellation — hotel portal access continues until the end of your current paid subscription year
- No further renewal charges applied after cancellation is confirmed
- No partial refund for unused portion of subscription year
- Guest history and compliance records remain accessible until subscription expiry
- Data retained for minimum legal period after expiry — then deactivated per our Privacy Policy
Data Export Before Cancellation: Contact hello@travdigi.com to request a CSV export of your check-in history before your subscription expires. Provided within 15 business days at no charge.
Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew. TravDigi never charges your payment method without your explicit action.

The TravDigi Traveler App is free for all travelers worldwide — permanently. No subscription fees, per-check-in charges, or hidden costs for travelers at any time. This refund policy does not apply to the traveler app.
